We are sorry.
It’s great that they are sorry — and I do believe the apology is heartfelt and sincere — but how was this ever seen as being OK to do without user input?
I’m not trying to harp on Path, I get that mistakes happen, especially when you are trying to pivot into something different than how you started, but still, this was such a clusterfuck.
